§1. Personal Data Security
Who is the data controller?
The administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) is Minisstry Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, 1 Plac Defilad Street, #2710, 00-901 Warsaw, Poland.
The Administrator introduces Personal Data Security and Cookie Policy, hereinafter referred to as the “Policy.”
A “User” is a person visiting the website and its subpages, hereinafter referred to as the “Service.”
Any personal data that the User enters into the form or provides when contacting the Administrator is processed in accordance with the requirements defined by the law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR.”
The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who supervises the correct processing of personal data. The Data Protection Officer appointed by the Administrator can be contacted via email: iod@minisstry.pl.
Why do we process your personal data?
By using the service, the User can fill in the appropriate form on the Service’s pages to contact the Administrator. The form requires the provision of specific personal data. Your personal data is processed to the extent and for the purpose arising from the form you have completed or intend to complete.
If a User sends a message directly to the Administrator’s email address or makes a phone call, the data is processed to the extent and for the purpose related to the User’s request, such as answering the question that was asked or performing an action at the User’s request.
During the User’s visit to our services, certain data will be collected automatically. This mainly includes data such as an IP address or data obtained through cookies and other similar technologies. Data collected automatically by us is used to transmit messages in our services and to provide services requested by the user.
We collect cookies to customize and improve the operation of the website and to measure the effectiveness of the actions taken within the service. Cookies also allow us to examine user preferences and thus continuously improve the quality of the services provided by us.
The Administrator processes the personal data of Users and uses them to the extent and for the purpose necessary to respond to the User’s message and to resolve the matter presented during the User’s contact with the Administrator or the proper functioning of the service.
Can we process your personal data?
The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The legitimate interest of the Administrator is to conduct marketing of the Administrator and its services, as well as to analyze whether the User is using the service and which of the contents contained in it interests the User the most.
In the case of responding to a User’s question and resolving the matter presented by the User, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Taking action at the request of the person whose data it concerns, before concluding the contract.
Based on the additional and optional consent provided by the User, the Administrator has the right to send marketing information to the email address provided. The consent given by the User can be revoked at any time. If consent is given, the legal basis for processing personal data will also be Article 10 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services and Article 172 of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law.
To whom do we pass your personal data?
User data will not be disclosed to other entities except for authorized entities. The Administrator informs Users that the recipients of personal data will be: entities providing hosting (storage) of personal data of the Service, entities administering the website and providers of tools for service analytics and newsletter sending. The Administrator may, by means of a written agreement, entrust another entity with the processing of your personal data to the extent and for the purpose necessary to provide the service.
How long do we process your personal data?
Personal data will be processed for the following periods:
a) Regarding the Administrator’s marketing activities until the User objects to further processing of personal data for marketing purposes or withdraws consent to receive marketing information to the email address: iod@minisstry.pl.
b) Personal data processed in connection with the User’s contact with the Administrator will be processed for the time necessary to respond to the User’s message and resolve the matter raised in it.
c) In terms of analysis and statistics or whether the User is interested in the service and which of the contents contained in it interests them the most until the User objects to further processing of personal data for these purposes.
What rights do you have in connection with the processing of personal data?
The User has the right to access and transfer their personal data and can verify or correct them, as well as delete them.
The User also has the right to limit the processing of personal data. If personal data is processed in violation of legal requirements, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
The User also has the right to object to the processing of personal data, including the objection to processing for direct marketing purposes.
The User voluntarily provides their personal data, and if they do not provide the data, the Administrator will not be able to answer the question asked or perform the action requested by the User.

§2. Cookie Policy
What is a Cookie?
The service, like any other website, uses cookies – these are individual, small text files sent by visited websites and downloaded to the user’s computer. The information contained in these files can only be read by the site that created them. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device from which the user is connecting. The parameters allow reading the information contained in them only to the server that created them. Cookies facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
What is the purpose of using Cookies on the website?
The collected information concerns the IP address, the type of browser used, the language, the type of operating system, the provider of internet services, information about the time and date, location, and information sent to the website through the contact form.
The collected data is used for:
Monitoring and checking how users use the Service to improve the operation of the Service by providing more efficient and trouble-free navigation.
Service of visit counters, remembering the selected language version.
For statistical purposes, in particular to enable the analysis of how users use the Service, using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which record the user’s behavior on the site.
Cookies are used to ensure the highest standard of website convenience, and the collected data is used only within Minisstry Sp. z o.o, for optimization purposes.
Google Analytics uses “cookies,” i.e., text files placed on the user’s computer or other device to enable the Service to analyze how users use it. The information generated by cookies about the user’s use of the Service will be transmitted to Google.
Google will use this information to evaluate the User’s use of the Service, to create reports on website traffic for website operators, and to provide other services related to website traffic and internet usage.
Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if such third parties process this information on behalf of Google.

What kind of Cookies do we use?
The following cookies are used on the Service’s website:
session cookies – they remain on the user’s device until they leave the website or close the web browser,
permanent cookies – they remain on the user’s device for a period specified in the parameters of the file or until they are manually deleted by the user.
Can I opt-out of accepting Cookies?
Actions related to storing and sending cookies are handled by web browsers and are invisible to the user. Most web browsers accept them by default. However, the user can configure the browser to reject requests to store cookies at all or select the ones to reject. This can be done through browser settings. Before making such a decision, it is worth remembering that many cookies help in using the website. Changing the configuration of a web browser that prevents or limits the storage of cookies can result in a limitation of the functionality of the provided services. Deleting cookies during the provision of the service can have similar effects.
How to disable the use of Cookies?
